The Galeries, an iconic four-level urban mall located in the heart of Sydney's CBD, has established itself as a premier lifestyle and cultural destination. With a curated mix of fashion, art, and dining offerings, The Galeries caters to the discerning and diverse tastes of its target audience.
The food court upgrades have been particularly successful, resulting in 20% growth in moving annual turnover (MAT). This achievement demonstrates the effectiveness of the centre's tenant mix strategy. The Galeries' ability to capture, adapt and respond to its customers' evolving preferences has been instrumental in its success.

Lok Fu Place, a retail, leisure and community hub located in Central Kowloon, has undergone transformative asset enhancement initiatives while preserving the community's unique cultural aspects.
